where are you located?
i am located at hollow oak tattoo in windsor, ontario. it's a private studio and i'm available by appointment only. our door is always locked, so please use the doorbell when you arrive so we can let you in!
how do i make an appointment?
please fill out the form on my booking page. it makes it super easy for both of us, all the information i need is included in the form, so there's no need for too much back and forth! if you're a current client or you have ongoing work with me, feel free to just shoot me an email.
how do i make a consultation?
in person consultations are great if you want a large tattoo (like a sleeve) that's going to take planning and multiple sessions. just send me an email and let me know you want a consult! for smaller pieces, i find consulting over email works just fine!
how much will ____ cost?
it's honestly really difficult to give a quote before i know the exact size, placement, and design of the tattoo. obviously the more detail a tattoo has, the longer it will take. my current rate is $140CAD / hr and i accept cash or etransfer. hst will be applied to all etransfer transactions. once we've discussed ideas, i can give you a ballpark estimate.
can i see the design?
for custom work, i can send you the sketch & rough colour study the night before your appointment. i don't send out fully rendered pieces because i don't have time to make full digital paintings of every design. please keep in mind that sketches are loose, they're a reference for me to look at during the tattoo, where i'd rather spend my time and energy making it perfect.
can i bring a friend to my appointment?
i would prefer you to come alone because the shop isn't huge, but i don't mind if you bring along one person for moral support if you really need to! you can always bring a comfort item instead like a stuffed animal or fidget or headphones, not a single soul will judge you so please don't be shy! we even provide fidgets / stress rings for you to squeeze the life out of during your tattoo.
